By subscribing to our Services, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fees to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing period. For monthly memberships, you will be billed on the same date each month. For annual memberships, you will be billed on the same date each year. All memberships automatically renew unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the membership term at the then-current rate.
We may change the price of our membership plans from time to time. You are eligible for one free trial per membership plan unless we explicitly permit otherwise. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials and to limit or prohibit free trials at our discretion.
All membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund. Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
If payment cannot be charged to your payment method for any reason (such as expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise), we will make reasonable attempts to notify you and retry the charge.
